Cinnamon Cindy Bud

Bid in the DPW Auction

It's been a long time since I have posted anything! In fact this year has been the least I have painted for a long time. I almost feel like a beginner!! Eye problems have been the main reason but hopefully it will be better when I have new glasses! This painting is the first of two...the second is the flower from this bud which I will post tomorrow.

There is a green theme going on in this painting..could be because it is one of my favorite colors!

I have been wanting to paint this vase since I bought it...perfect opportunity!

Before Breakfast

Drawing #22

Graphite and Pastel

I did not know what to draw today!  My mind was blank! I usually have an idea of what I want to do...but not today!! I looked at my plate sitting on the bench before breakfast and thought it would be easy to draw...it wasn't!! The spoon was easy but the plate did my head in, however I  got it done... after screwing up the first try this is it!
