Gumnuts

I found these gumnuts on one of the Eucalyptus trees when I was on my morning walk around the Estuary. My plans of what I was going to paint changed!! It is great finding a subject when you least expect it!

    I love gumnuts and these are great Karen! I really like the composition ..........and those areas of red, masterly placed, that 'pop' beautifully !
