Spoonbill

The birds have taken over again! This is the first painting of three... the next in line is a goose. I never get tired of painting these spoonbills, they are so elegant the way they wade in the shallow water. This one stood knee deep in the water while I snapped the photo... I love them!

    Just beautiful Karen! Love the warm white tones on the Sponbill, the reflections, the rippled water and the overall composition...WOW! Look forward to 2 and 3.
