Still celebrating spring! Ah... loquats are such a lovely fruit! These were a beautiful golden color...just right for another spring painting and I love their sweet, tangy flavour!!
me again. i tried to get your email and my computer gave me a strange prompt. i want to thank you for your very kind comments on my painting, i so appreciate it. plus i love seeing your work, especially those kisses. your work is just wonderful. so nice to meet you and thanks again.
Oooh, I love loquats! I miss the tree we had when I was a teenager. It is hard to get sweet ones in the shops. You've done such a great job with these Karen - I can taste them! Love the shine you have captured too.
Painted beautifully Karen ! The orange really pops against the muted background . No signs of a rut!.......I go through them all the time especially with still life. I want to do some plein air but the weather in Melb has been very ordinary for October / November . Consist, sunny days must come soon!
Beautiful colors in this and your last painting!
ReplyDeleteThanks Linda!
DeleteLovely, soft, inviting!
