Sauce Bottles

6"x6" Oil on gessoboard

Some more bottles! These old bottles I found when we moved house, they had been stuck in the back of a cupboard  for years.... I used to use them for sauce but haven't for a long time, I enjoyed painting them so  there will be more later on!!

  5. Hi Karen, what a fantastic job you have done with the bottles! You've captured the shine and reflections perfectly. I am particularly mesmerised by the green one and love the light blue highlights. Perfect composition too!

  6. Lovely painting of your bottles. I have long imagined that glass containers, water and people's hands are among the most difficult subjects for painting.
