A commission for a lovely collector who has two other of my animal paintings. This is the first time I have painted a horse and really enjoyed it. I loved the color of this mare and she was very friendly but not in any hurry to pose for me, I had to wait quite a while ... and in the end it was worth it!
Wow Karen, I can't believe this is the first time you painted a horse, this is so amazing ! A beautiful white on white painting and the horse is just perfect.
