These Oystercatchers can run!!! I have been trying to get photos of them for a long time, I love their bright red beaks and legs.... I don't see them often and they move very fast. It was pure luck I managed to get one decent photo out of about 20... all the rest were blurred!! I loved painting this!
I will be away for a few days holiday...then there will be a few more birds.

    Aren't they just the cutest! I too love their beaks and legs. The reflections are top notch, just like everything you paint.
